- Booking information: when you schedule a call through our embedded calendar, the scheduling provider collects the date, time, and contact details you enter.
- Technical information: our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to serve and secure the Site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.

- CRM and communications platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which processes form submissions, bookings, and messages on our behalf.
- Hosting provider (Netlify), which serves the Site.

We retain contact records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies & Embedded Content
The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded booking calendar (LeadConnector) loads only when you scroll to or activate it and may set cookies necessary for scheduling to function. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own privacy policy.
