This Privacy Policy describes how Level 99 (registered as Level 99 Anthony G Ellsworth Sole Mbr; referred to here as "Level 99," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit level99.co (the "Site"), submit a form, book a call, or otherwise interact with our services.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you share when you submit our contact form or book a discovery call.
- Booking information: when you schedule a call through our embedded calendar, the scheduling provider collects the date, time, and contact details you enter.
- Technical information: our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to serve and secure the Site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services.
- To send you appointment reminders, account updates, and — only if you have opted in — occasional marketing communications.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
Our contact form offers two separate, optional SMS opt-ins, each with its own checkbox that is unchecked by default: one for transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your inquiry) and one for marketing and promotional messages. You may check either, both, or neither; checking a box is never required to submit the form or use our services. You only receive the category or categories you opt into.

- SMS opt-in is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, under terms that protect your data:
- CRM and communications platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which processes form submissions, bookings, and messages on our behalf.
- Hosting provider (Netlify), which serves the Site.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies & Embedded Content
The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded booking calendar (LeadConnector) loads only when you scroll to or activate it and may set cookies necessary for scheduling to function. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own privacy policy.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain sharing. We honor these requests regardless of your state of residence. To exercise any right, email marketing@level99.co — we will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
