See what an AI setup looks like for one job in your office.

Hands-on AI training and implementation for your whole team

Your team already uses AI. Now teach it your business.

We build AI into every job in your office, using your prices and your wording, then train each person to use it on their real work.

Rather talk now? Call or text (619) 860-1299.

AI on their phones. None of it in your business.

Odds are your people already use ChatGPT on their phones. Nobody set it up for the company. So each person answers the same price question a different way, customer details sit in personal accounts, and whatever someone figures out leaves when they quit.

A ChatGPT login doesn’t know your prices or how you talk to customers. A free workshop or a YouTube video teaches you what to type. Then Monday comes, and nothing in your business has changed.

Here’s what AI looks like once it’s set up.

Pick a job. You’ll see what lands on that desk and the reply the AI drafts from your own documents. Yours will look different, because we build around the work your people do.

Busy week across the valley. We replaced a 22-year-old furnace in Sandy with a quiet, efficient new system, put in a tankless water heater in Riverton, and got 14 homes ready for the first cold snap. Is your furnace due for a check? Book a visit at the link.

Kickoff to handoff. 30 to 90 days.

About 4 hours of each person’s time (less for phone staff), spread over the program. A team of 10 or fewer finishes in 30 days. Bigger teams take 60 or 90.

  1. LVL 01

    Kickoff

You pick one or two things to improve, like how fast estimates go out. We measure where they stand before we start.

  2. LVL 02

    Build

For each job, we set up AI with your price sheets, scripts, how-to docs and brand guidelines.

  3. LVL 03

    Train

Two 90-minute group sessions. People who answer the phones get shorter 30-minute sessions instead, taken in turns so someone is always on the phones.

  4. LVL 04

    Practice

Each person works through their own real tasks with us, live, one-on-one or in a small group.

  5. LVL 05

    Handoff

You see the before and after on what you picked. We leave, and check again 60 days later.

Anthony, lead trainer

Real trainers, working with your people.

Anthony leads every program, from kickoff to handoff. How many trainers work with your team depends on its size.

  • Anthony, lead trainer. Two years training executives and operations teams on AI.
  • Josh. A year training teams on AI, and he builds software with AI tools.
  • Danny. Over six months helping teams put AI to work.

Behind the trainers is the Level 99 team that builds CRMs, automations and AI agents for service businesses. When a question goes past training, like getting AI to work with your CRM, someone who builds those for a living answers it.

What happens when people learn to use AI at work

More research (4 findings)

Results from published studies and surveys of other companies. They used a range of AI tools. Your results depend on your work and your team.

For your team, and your IT person.

Forwarding this to your team? Here’s the short version for them.

Six answers for staff and IT (privacy, accounts, passwords)
  • You hear it first, in writing

Before anything starts, the owner tells the team in writing what this means for each job.

  • Results by role, never by name

We report by role, like estimates or dispatch. Each person fills out a short survey and a two-question check-in each week, and only Level 99 sees their answers.

  • Already using AI? Good.

Nobody gets in trouble for using AI on their own phone. We move what works into the company account, so they keep it.

  • Your account, your licenses

Your company buys the AI licenses in its own name, and everything we build is saved there. We never resell licenses.

  • No passwords, ever

You add us as a temporary admin on your company’s AI account, and we remove our access when the program ends. Your in-house lead learns to add and remove people.

  • What we keep out

We never collect Social Security, card or bank numbers, health information, passport numbers, birth dates, or anything about people under 16.

One program fee. Priced by headcount.

Count everyone who will use AI on their own work, including anyone in the field who writes quotes or job notes. Installers and repair crews who never write quotes or job notes don’t count.

5 to 50 people. Under 5 is billed as 5. Above 50, we’ll quote it.

Paid in full up front

You pay your AI company for user licenses directly, not through us. Claude runs about $25 a person a month ($20 if you pay yearly). For 10 people, that’s $2,400 to $3,000 a year.

Book a free 15‑minute call

On the call we check this price against your real team. You pay nothing until you authorize the agreement.

Will it pay for itself? Run your own math.

Training takes about 4 hours of each person’s work time. Enter what an hour of their time costs you, and we’ll show how many minutes a week each person needs to save to pay for the first year: the fee, the licenses and their hours in training.

$30 is just an example. Use your wage plus taxes and benefits.

Weeks your team uses it this year after training. 44 is just an example.

Put in an hourly cost to see the math.

This uses only the figures you entered. It is not a forecast or a promise of results.

Questions owners ask before they book

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok. The basics work the same on all four, so if you already pay for one, we use it. Starting fresh, we recommend Claude. Either way, the whole company uses one, so nobody has to learn two.

Yes, but we build your setups in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok, so your team would use one of those for this work. A Microsoft 365 office can keep Copilot in Word and Outlook alongside it. Meta AI doesn’t offer business accounts a company can manage yet, so we’d move that work into one of the four. If you’re set on another tool, tell us on the call and we’ll say straight whether we’re a fit.

No. This is training for the people you already have, so they get faster at their own work. Before we start, you tell your team in writing what it means for their jobs. Automation is a separate offer, and only if you ask for it.

Yes, one way or the other. Where your AI tool connects to your software, we connect it. Where nothing connects, we set up a simple copy-and-paste step instead. We check which it is on the call.

Teams of 10 or fewer pay in full when you authorize the agreement. Teams of 11 or more pay half when you authorize and half 30 days later. On-site days, if you add any, are part of that split.

Yes, on a schedule: 100% if you cancel within 24 hours of authorizing the agreement, 50% within 3 business days, and nothing after that.

Two things can come on top of the program fee. AI user licenses, which your company buys from the AI company in its own name. And on-site days if you want them: $1,500 a day in Utah’s Wasatch Front, travel at cost anywhere else. If you add a Level 99 service (CRM, automations or AI agents) within 60 days of handoff, its setup fee is waived.

Everyone who will use AI on their own work, including field staff who write quotes or job notes. Installers and repair crews who never write quotes or job notes don’t count. Teams under 5 are billed as 5. Above 50, we quote it.

We don’t promise a business result. What you get instead is proof either way: we pick what to measure with you, measure it before and after, and check it again 60 days later, so you can judge it yourself.

Not during training. We’ll give you a list of what’s worth automating, and you decide later.

You can learn what to type. YouTube won’t build a setup for each job from your prices, scripts and rules, or train one of your own people to keep it running after we leave.

Your in-house leads run it day to day, the playbook covers new hires, and we check your results again 60 days after handoff.

About 4 hours each: two 90-minute group sessions and an hour with us, one-on-one or in a small group. People on the phones get 30-minute sessions with no homework, staggered so someone always covers. Your in-house leads give more: about 4 hours a week during the program and 1 hour a week after. The program has a set structure, but the goal is that your people get it, so if someone needs more time with us, we adjust.

No. They skip the basics, help build the setup for their own job, and can become one of your in-house leads.

What slows your team down? We’ll tell you if we can fix it.

A free 15-minute call. Bring one thing that eats your team’s week, like estimates that take days to go out or quotes nobody follows up on. You’ll leave knowing whether this fits and what it would cost for your team. If it doesn’t fit, we’ll say so.
